This funeral home ishorrible the lack ofrespect from staff isoutrageous. It’s disgusting inside chairs are stainedup. Shattered glass infront ofthe building. This place looks more like arehabilitation center more then anything.

Horrible customer service never delivered flowers; the obituary was horrible (incomplete, poorly written) never executed video footage asplanned. Wrong dates were sent out tomorning family members totally unprofessional. This place isdump and should beshutdown, very disrespectful tomorning family members and completely unpolished. They should not even get one star that how rotten this placeis.

My Family was Victimized bythis funeral home. JPHolley charged myfamily for services that were never delivered atthe time ofservice. JPHolley treated myAunt Debbie, who is70yearsold, with the most disrespect. They Made myAunt stand inthe cold outside the funeral home because itwas their policy tohave the family marchin. MyAunt Debbie, who is70, just came from the hospital. She's not well. She could barely stand orwalk. This situation worsened her condition, especially after seeing how the service was conducted. Acomplaint was filed today with the Office ofInspector General's office inSouth Carolina. Afamily member paid for flowers, but wenever received them. Family members were told the wrong service date; therefore arrangement could not bechanged with short notice. The place looks dirty. The staff had nocompassion; they were rude. The only service JPHolley isoffering isVictimization.… – show

Warning!!!!! JPHolley Funeral Home isthe worst funeral home inBishopville. Their Practices are very unethical. Nothing was done correctly; JPHolley Funeral Home notified myfamily members ofincorrect dates for the service, which caused alot ofconfusion and pain. The printed programs were wrong!!! 90% ofthe information was missing. The seats were dirty and stained, Cracked windows. JPHolley does not care about the family's loved ones. Please goelsewhere because JPHolley will not giveyour loved one aproper send-off. You will leave JPHolley without proper closure; JPHolley causes more pain and grief. Myfamily isseeking Legal counsel due tofraud. You have been warned!!… – show

The obituary was incomplete the work history ofmy sister was leftout. Wewere asked tosend pictures sothat the video would beshown— not done. The staff lady atfrom desk when Icame inwas not nice. Iwas told the dead certificates would beready, but the director was notin. After calling this director three time then wewere told Anthony would have tosign for them. Weorder 5total only 2was given. The director never came orcalled the family back.
